Sky Wilber
Managing Partner & Chief Investment Officer
Prior to founding Watchtower, Mr. Wilber was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Foundation Asset Management. He previously was a Senior Analyst at Kensico Capital Management, an Investment Analyst with the Special Opportunity Fund at Marathon Asset Management, and an Investment Analyst at Longroad Asset Management, focusing on public equity and distressed debt investing. Mr. Wilber received a dual-degree in Economics and Computer Science Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and is a CFA charterholder.
Darryl Hasen
Partner & Head of Research
Mr. Hasen joined Watchtower as a Co-Founder & Partner after more than 6 years working with the rest of the Foundation team as a Partner and Senior Investment Analyst. Mr. Hasen joined Foundation from BlackHawk Capital Management where he focused on public equity investing. Prior to BlackHawk, Mr. Hasen was an Investment Analyst at Round Table Investment Management and at Farallon Capital/Noonday Asset Management. Previously he worked for Banc of America Securities in its investment banking and private equity groups. Mr. Hasen graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Business Administration from Babson College.
Charles O’Neill, CPA
Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer
Prior to joining Watchtower, Mr. O’Neill was the Founder and CEO of Triskelion Advisors, a fractional CFO business focused on providing financial leadership to alternative investment managers and family offices. Prior to that, Mr. O’Neill spent nine years as the CFO of Summit Rock Advisors, a $20 billion private wealth manager. Before Summit Rock, he was the CFO at Protégé Partners, an alternative investment manager with peak AUM of $4 billion, for 11 years. Mr. O’Neill also spent two years as Controller at Wyser-Pratte Capital Management. He began his career at Arthur Andersen as an auditor for financial services. Mr. O’Neill graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. in Accounting and a B.A. in Computer Applications. He also holds an active CPA license in the state of New York.
Jacob Marcus
Senior Investment Analyst
Mr. Marcus joined Watchtower as Senior Investment Analyst in July 2023. Prior to Watchtower, Mr. Marcus was a Senior Investment Analyst at Three Bridges Capital for 9 years focused on fundamental long/short equities. Mr. Marcus graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry from Yale University in 2014 and has been a CFA charterholder since 2018.
Lucas Prioli
Investment Analyst
Prior to joining Watchtower, Mr. Prioli graduated with an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School and a Master of Computer and Information Technology from the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating as a Palmer Scholar. Prior to graduate school, Mr. Prioli spent three years at Goldman Sachs as a Senior Analyst within corporate treasury. Mr. Prioli graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 2018.
Obed Martinez
Director of Operations
Prior to joining Watchtower, Mr. Martinez was Head of Structured Note & Equity Derivatives Distribution for the Americas at Natixis. He previously was Vice President in Latin America Sales and Structuring at Credit Suisse. Mr. Martinez graduated with an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, in 2005 and graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Finance from Quinnipiac University in 2000.
